Two weeks ago, Steve and I went to an Irish Festival.
We had no idea that Irish food could be so varied.
In case you don't know where cabbage and noodles come from . . .

There was also a Mexican trailer and someplace sporting Texas-style cooking, whatever that is.
We didn't see any corned beef and cabbage.
Anywhere.
Incidentally, we didn't eat there. We went home and made Italian sausage sandwiches.
